When you contact us or request an appointment, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, appointment location, scheduling preferences, and information about the service requested.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, identification images, or confidential document contents through our appointment request form.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to communicate with you, confirm availability and fees, arrange services, and maintain relevant records. An appointment request does not confirm a booking until we confirm the details with you. We do not use customer information for promotional emails or texts, and we do not sell or share it with other businesses for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our website and appointment request form use Google Sites and Google Forms. Payments and communications may also involve third-party providers. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Links to Facebook, Yelp, and other websites lead to services with separate privacy practices.
Notary Records
Texas law requires notaries to maintain records of notarial acts. Notary record book entries are public information and may be disclosed as required by law. These required records are separate from ordinary appointment inquiries.
Retention and Requests
Information may be retained for appointment administration, business recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Contact us to request a correction or deletion of information you provided. Records subject to legal retention requirements cannot always be deleted.
